True Food Kitchen is an award-winning seasonal kitchen & bar that offers a flavor-forward menu for lunch, dinner or weekend brunch. Co-founded by integrative medicine expert, Dr. Andrew Weil, True Food Kitchen’s menu closely adheres to his anti-inflammatory food pyramid, which focuses on eating foods that help maintain optimal health and seasonal ingredients that are at the peak of their freshness and flavor. Dishes across the menu include a variety of familiar favorites, reimagined - like the Tuscan Kale Salad, Edamame Dumplings, Ancient Grains Bowl, Umami Grass-fed Burger and Flourless Chocolate Cake, available year-round. To complement its wide variety of food offerings, the restaurant offers a scratch bar featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas, natural refreshers, a selection of beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails containing organic and gluten-free spirits.  As of December 2022, True Food Kitchen has 43 locations in 17 states nationwide.
