From the creative partners that brought you the award-winning steakhouse Maple & Ash, etta is an affordable neighborhood restaurant that serves delicious wood-fired food. Centered around the wood-fired hearth, Partner and Chef Danny Grant peppers each menu with his favorite seasonal dishes that are expertly crafted alongside his culinary team.

From crave-worthy pizza and warm focaccia, to fresh, crisp seasonal salads to family-style shared pig and lobster picnics, etta has something for everyone. Just as the kitchen is the focal point of interaction within a home, etta’s open kitchen design gives guests that same intimate experience.

Each location features a wood-burning brick oven that bakes pizzas to perfection, as well as a giant wood-fired hearth for spit roasting and grilling. We pay attention to every detail – our service is superior, and we believe in generosity, making every etta experience exceptionally thoughtful. We love the neighborhoods that we serve and look to add rich diversity, creativity, culture and history.

SCOTTSDALE –– etta, a neighborhood-style restaurant known for its wood-fired dishes and led by two-time Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant is coming to Scottsdale Quarter EARLY 2022. Located at 15059 N. Scottsdale Road in the former BRIO location, etta will be the second concept in Scottsdale from hospitality group What If Syndicate, following the success of their steakhouse Maple & Ash.

“We are thrilled to expand our restaurant portfolio in the Scottsdale market as we’ve been incredibly happy with how Maple & Ash has been received by the community at large,” said David Pisor, Managing Partner of What If Syndicate. “We are truly impressed with the vision behind Scottsdale Quarter and value our partnership with Washington Prime.”

The 8,000 square foot, single-story restaurant will feature an outdoor patio and an indoor trellis creating a garden-like atmosphere.  The menu features locally sourced and seasonal fare cooked over a wood-fired oven including wood-fired pizzas, freshly made focaccia, house-made pastas, and fresh salads.   Guests can expect to experience a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere that’s great for dinner with family or a special celebration with friends. Guests will be warmly welcomed by an expertly trained staff and an incredible food and drink menu driven by fresh, quality ingredients.

What If Syndicate opened their first location, Maple & Ash in 2019 at the Scottsdale Waterfront. The luxurious steakhouse serving dinner nightly and brunch on the weekends, has become one of the most popular and highest grossing restaurants in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

“We can’t wait for the etta team to join us at Scottsdale Quarter,” said Richard Hunt, General Manager of Washington Prime. “Their dedication to creating an incredible dining experience is what sets them apart in this market and across the country. We know that etta will thrive here and become a celebrated addition to our already dynamic mix of retail and restaurant partners at Scottsdale Quarter.”
