Spring Fitness Series

Join us for an invigorating outdoor fitness series this spring! Experience the ultimate full-body workout with a dynamic combination of bodyweight exercises and resistance band training. This HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session will push your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals. Soak up the fresh air and energize your body as you engage in a challenging yet fun workout. It’s time to lace up your sneakers and get ready to sweat!

This FREE outdoor fitness series is presented by Barry’s Scottsdale, opening early Spring!
Barry’s is the original HIIT workout founded in 1998, also known as “The Best Workout in the World.” The signature 50-minute class, RUN X LIFT, utilizes the most effective combination of HIIT by incorporating interval-based cardio routines on a Woodway treadmill paired with strength training on the floor.
Each Barry’s class takes place in its signature Red Room: a dimly-lit red room that allows participants to focus on the motivating cues from best-in-class instructors and lose themselves in the energy of those around them. Barry’s signature program offers classes that alternate muscle focus every day of the week, to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover.
