  • Assist in recruitment, selection and on-boarding of support and BOH staff

  • Partner with Store Manager to execute effective store communications, ensuring that staff is involved & updated

Areas of Responsibility

  • Enforces adherence to all corporate policies (employee appearance guidelines, return policy, safety, Loss Prevention, Store Compliance Audit, etc.) as directed by policy and procedure

  • Monitors the store funds (safe and registers) to ensure the store has appropriate funds for daily/weekly business needs

  • Supports visual floorset execution 

  • Leads shipment process. Ensures overall stockroom organizations standards are met

  • Responsible for efficient and effective replenishment and go-back processes

  • Oversees and directs the execution of markdowns in a timely and accurate manner

  • Achieves 100% compliance on all corporate directives (web fulfillment, fulfillits, RTVs, jobouts, transfers, etc.)

  • Ensures team is up to date on all policy and procedures updates

  • Leads store fiscal count - inventory process

  • Responsible for budgeting and ordering store supplies

  • Ensure all IT and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Ensure pricing management, product damage and defective processes are in line with brand guidelines

  • Works with vendors and landlord to ensure compliance

  • Educates and leads teams in monthly Store Compliance Audits, develops action plans and maintains records

  • Support Store Manager with employee file maintenance and audit compliance

  • Ensure adherence to safety, risk management standards and Covid-19 protocols

  • Provides LP and Risk Management policy & procedure training

  • Monitors timekeeping accuracy and payroll processing

  • Supports Region in onboarding, training, web fill and overall operational tasks when needed

 

Drive the Business and Deliver Results

  • In partnership with the Store Manger, ensure the store is on target to achieve financial targets through monitoring and improvement of measureable statistics that drive the business

  • Monitor team sales targets & other metrics, provide feedback and analysis to the SM

  • In partnership with the Store Manage, manage your people resources to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement; adjust schedules as necessary

  • Ensure disciplined control of payroll expenses
