  • Manages the functions of an Agile Scrum Master combined with strong project management skills
  • Drives Scrum practices and ceremonies effectively
  • Ensure Scrum team achieve planned commitments through accurate forecasting and eliminating impediments and friction over time
  • Develop an escalation/remediation plan for Scrum team and act as the Lead point of contact for escalation for the team; and removal of blockers during sprints

    The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the payroll process for 700+ US employees. The Payroll Supervisor must be accountable, efficient and confidential.  Critical thinking, working under tight deadlines and being able to change direction quickly is required. Clear, courteous communication between payroll and the HR Business Partners is necessary to guarantee Team Member satisfaction.

     

    Responsibilities:

  • Process, Review and Reconcile bi-weekly payroll against UKG reports to ensure proper taxation and fallouts are addressed each payroll.
  • Maintain payroll guidelines and provide suggestions to update policies and procedures.
  • Validate off-cycle payrolls and special payments such as terminations to ensure compliance with employment agreements, company policy, Federal and State Regulations (CA experience a plus).
  • Oversee the Time and Attendance system, train employees & managers on its use, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper transfer of accurate information into Payroll.
  • Recommend process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist Sr. Manager with HRIS maintenance and reporting and other items as requested.
  • Comply with Federal, State, and Local requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Review and advise on UKG updates and upgrades.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

In this role, you will help define, test, and deliver unique and valuable features and capabilities directly impacting product configuration and client self-service tools.

     

    As Product Owner, you will be working closely with key stakeholders on gathering feature requests, breaking those requests into deliverable and iterative pieces of work, and prioritizing those items into the team’s backlog. Key stakeholders for this role include Product Strategy, Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Service Delivery and Marketing. You will also be working with a cross-functional team on the planning and delivery of those items into Production. The right candidate must be skilled as a Product Owner in a scaled agile operating model with a focus on the delivery of outcomes, not the pursuit of activities.          

     

    This is an individual contributor that requires a strong blend of customer centricity, a deep ecommerce/digital retail background blended with many technical aspects of the product including services and interfaces.

     

    Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Product Owner for a delivery team focused on the Client Integration Roadmap as the voice of the customer and key stakeholders

    The Marketing Operations Analyst is a mid-level contributor to the Marketing Department.  This role is responsible for managing the company Marketo system and fully leveraging its capabilities. This position will be proficient in marketing automation and will be tasked with creating, implementing and improving our marketing automation system.  Work situations will require the team member to use judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate methods, guidelines, references and procedures for application. Decisions may be related to the deployment of new methods, procedures, and programs within broad objectives and accountability for the outcome. Errors could have a negative impact on team members, customers and other key constituents of the Company as well as disruption to the function of the department.

     

    Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, deploy and optimize program logic and systems.
  • Assesses HTML/CSS to improve or fix errors and functionality within email templates.

You propose and implement various core components of the platform in collaboration with teams. As a member of the team, you will provide the technical expertise needed to overcome hard problems. By now, you would have built and supported critical components of products/platforms at scale. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Design, build, test and deploy cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available in Azure.
  • Design, implement and improve CI/CD pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.
  • Implement end to end solutions in the areas of DevOps, Security, Governance, CI/CD, and Containerization.
  • Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Azure infrastructure and systems.
  • Create and maintain high quality documentation for architecture implementation plan, as this can be used for reusable patterns and trends for any future cloud solutions.
