This month Grimaldi’s is introducing our new Garden of Flavors seasonal menu, featuring new flavors which our guests are sure to love. These delicious and satisfying items available for dine-in, takeout or delivery. This menu offers a seasonal salad, pizza, desserts, and cocktails for our guests 21 and over. The Garden of Flavors Menu items include:
Panzanella Salad – This rustic Tuscan chopped salad uses plenty of coal-fired croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions tossed with our tangy house dressing, served over arugula with Gorgonzola cheese and Kalamata olives.
Bacon & Asparagus Pizza with Spicy Honey– Artichoke pesto pizza topped with asparagus, bacon and red onion, finished with a drizzle of red-pepper-infused honey.
Banana Cream Cheesecake – Banana cheesecake with a Nilla® Wafer crust, garnished with whipped cream and crumbled Nilla® Wafers.
Caramel Coconut Cheesecake – Caramel cheesecake on top of an Oreo® cookie crust, topped with caramel glaze and toasted coconut. Finished with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream.
Peach Bellini – La Marca Prosecco and peach puree.
Kentucky Peach Mule - Buffalo Trace Bourbon, peach puree and fresh lemon juice shaken and served over ice with Gosling’s Ginger Beer.
Guava Margarita - Gran Centenario Añejo Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and guava puree shaken and served over ice.

Cauliflower Crust – Now available! Get your favorite Grimaldi’s pizza on a cauliflower crust, cooked in our coal brick-oven.
