Get outside and enjoy this all-levels boot camp fitness class on Sunday mornings in October and challenge yourself with an energizing, high-intensity strength and cardio workout. Classes will be held in The Quad beneath the shade of the palm trees just in front of True Food Kitchen. Tickets are entirely donation-based and all proceeds will benefit, MDA, the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Your Health + Safety is Our Top Priority. Please bring your own mat. Pre-registration is required in order to limit class attendance. Mats must be spaced at least 6 ft apart.
