We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure the highest quality and consistency. Our beans are meticulously sourced by importers that specialize in cultivating meaningful relationships with growers who are committed to quality farming and direct trade in select countries like Ethiopia, Peru, Costa Rica, Brazil, Sumatra and Guatemala.
Craft:
As true artisans, we believe that every coffee has a story to tell, and it is our job to share that story with our customers. From where and how a berry grows to the temperature, seasons, and processes it underwent to produce its beautiful harmony of flavors.
Guide:
If you are new to the specialty coffee industry, we believe that coffee, like wine, is a language best understood through tasting. We are passionate about educating people on how to sip, savor (or slurp) and select the type of coffee that best suits their palate.
From weekly cupping classes to Roastery tours, brewing guides and online tutorials, we strive to make the world of coffee an approachable, fun and enriching experience that you can enjoy in one of our shops or the comfort of your home.
